We prepare your financial statements at the end of the financial year from the data in your financial statements. This can either be a balance sheet with a profit or loss account, or in the form of a simplified income statement, if this is legally permissible and reasonable. We also process the corresponding tax returns for your income tax, commercial tax, and VAT as part of the annual financial statements.
In addition to the annual financial statements, we also produce one-off balance sheets covering the entire company cycle, as well as the founding, merger or liquidation of a company. We transmit the figures and information from the annual financial statements of corporations to the electronic Federal Gazette for the legally required publication.
